SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order processing and fulfillment:

Processing time: all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving order confirmation. orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

High volume periods: during peak seasons, such as major holidays, processing times may be delayed. We will provide updates on our website and social media if we anticipate significant delays period

Shipping Days: to prevent candles from sitting in transit over a hot weekend, we typically ship orders on mondays and tuesdays especially during warmer months.

2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping costs: shipping charges for your order are calculated and display it at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of your package.

Delivery estimates.: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed period once an order is with the carrier arrival times are outside of our control-

Shipping carriers: we ship most domestic orders via US, FedEx or USPS

We do not offer international shipping at this time

3. Shipment confirmation in order tracking

Confirmation email: once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number or numbers

Tracking number : The tracking number will be available within 24 hours.

4. Shipping restrictions and policies

Shipping addresses: we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undelizable address provided by the customer.

PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses: Bellas Closet ships to addresses within the US

Summer and warm weather shipping: during warm summer months or when shipping to hot climates, we take extra precautions to protect your candles. This may include using thermal packaging or ice packets. We reserve the right to delayshipment during periods of extreme heat to prevent melting. You can also select expedited shipping at checkout to reduce transit time

5. Damages and lost packages

Damaged Items: we are not liable for any products.Damaged or lost turn shipping. However, If you receive a damaged product please contact us at bellascloset43@gmail.com within 3 Business days of delivery.

Claims process for damages: to help us file a claim with the carrier, we require photos of both the damaged product and the package it arrived in. Please do not discard the damaged package or items until we have completed the claim process. We will offer a replacement or a refund once the claim is resolved.

Lost or stolen packages: once.

A package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are responsible for lost or stolen items. If you did not receive a delivered package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility: because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unused or lit candles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return on unused items within 7 days of delivery.

7. Wholesale orders

Specific terms: wholesale orders are subject to a different shipping terms and rates. Shipping charges for wholesale orders will be estimated and finalized on your invoice.

Wholesale returns: returns for wholesale orders may be subject to a restocking fee and require pre approval.
